The company
Athleon Labs is a product company, incorporated in 2026. We build and own our software rather than consulting on other people’s, and the products are deliberately unrelated to one another — what they share is a standard, not a market.
DiffGuardian, our first product, gives engineering teams a way to understand every change before it reaches production. The products after it will solve problems in entirely different fields. They will be built the same way.
How we build
The person decides
Our products can recommend, rank, summarise and flag. The decision that carries consequences stays with a named human being.
The machine shows its work
Anything a model produces arrives with what it looked at and why it concluded what it did. A suggestion you cannot check is not a feature.
AI where it earns its place
We do not add a model because the category expects one. If a well-written function does the job more reliably, that is what ships.

Our products get used every working day by people whose time is expensive. That sets the bar for correctness, speed and restraint.
